From pay rises to career pivots: Tim Campbell MBE launches new podcast re:Working

Entrepreneur and The Apprentice winner Tim Campbell MBE will launch re:Working, a new podcast exploring the biggest questions around careers and money, on Monday 11th May.
Campbell, who won the first series of The Apprentice in 2005 and returned to the show as Lord Sugar’s aide in 2022, is also the founder of social enterprise Bright Ideas Trust and was awarded an MBE in 2012 for services to enterprise.
In re:Working, he breaks down complex topics into clear, practical advice, helping listeners make better decisions about their work and finances. Each episode focuses on a key career challenge – from asking for a pay rise to changing direction or building long-term wealth – offering actionable insights and real-life examples.
The series features conversations with founders, investors and experts across business, money and psychology, all centred on the defining questions people face in their working lives.
Confirmed guests include Alastair Campbell, Mike Soutar, Anna Whitehouse and Jordan Schwarzenberger, covering topics such as leadership, interview success, flexible working, social media careers and the future of work.
